Description:
The Swiggle App is seeking a new Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals and offers present on the app, and creating and managing sales strategies. You will be expected to identify new opportunities, develop relationships with potential customers, and close deals efficiently. This role requires a self-driven individual who has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
Responsibilities• Attend promotional events to represent the brand in a professional manner.
• Interact with potential and existing users to enhance their understanding of the app’s products and services.
• Create social media content that promotes the brand’s products and services.
• Post Swiggle content on various social media platforms and track engagement.
• Respond to new and existing user inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Develop relationships with key industry partners.
Requirements:
• Social media account/ accounts with a minimum of 20,000 followers
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of current trends in the industry
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
